The cold, hard fact? Succulents have been the ‘it thang’ for a little while. Other fact . . . curiosity, a small apartment balcony and a desire to quite literally get her hands dirty got this Sydney gal quite literally dreaming up cold . . . hard . . . concrete.
In the most unique of ways, the Done by Hand Concrete Pots take on a soft and serene appearance of marble in beautiful playful tones sending any succie-lover into a dreamlike trance. Meticulously individually handcrafted, and with demand increasing, the Done by Hand Concrete range became the trigger to bring a dream to life.
Goes to show, ‘Dreams come true when desire transforms into concrete action’.

Daughter of a maker, lover of making – handcrafted projects have always been a passion. Growing up, I’d always remembered the adorned hankies being flung around at weddings and always thought they were so beautiful.
Modern times have seen traditions like this lost. Traditions of passing beautifully beaded and embroidered cotton hankies through the family as heirlooms.
So I put my quality workmanship and intricate needlework skills to task allowing this tradition of my heritage to live on through me, and the many families that will nurture these beautifully handcrafted pieces.
Traditional at Macedonian weddings, beaded hankies are used to turn and wave in the air as a gesture of celebration when dancing.
These delicate hankies are 100% cotton and hand-beaded by myself using a variety of crystals, seed-beads, metals, sequins and beautiful gemstones.
Knowing they will be used at such joyous occasions like weddings and christenings is why I love beading them, and there is nothing more rewarding than carrying on this Macedonian tradition.
